Anabolic Muscle Builder - How To Build Muscle and Gain Weight Fast

WARNING: This Advanced Anabolic Muscle Building Protocol is NOT FOR BEGINNERS. It was SPECIFICALLY designed for ADVANCED lifters and HARD GAINERS who are suffering from Anabolic Slow Down (You can't build any more muscle).

Look, I'm not here to waste your time... I'm not going to promise you are going to gain 50 pounds of muscle on this workout. Realistically, unless you're 18 and new to training, that just isn't going to happen. What I WILL promise you is a workout routine that is unique - unlike anything you've probably ever tried before, and I'll promise you it is an ADVANCED routine. In fact, consider this your warning - This workout is HARD.

As an author and Nutrition Expert I have spoken at some of the World's most prestigious scientific conferences, been interviewed by various newspapers, magazines and radio shows and am considered a well-respected expert in the field of nutrition.

Quite frankly, there is NO WAY I would put my professional reputation on the line to launch some boring cookie-cutter workout.

I solve problems, that's what I do. And sometimes I come up with some very unique solutions to very complex problems. And that's exactly what I did with Anabolic Again.

In fact, for me (a fat loss guy) to launch a muscle building program, you better believe that the program must be UNLIKE ANY OTHER MUSCLE BUILDING PROGRAM YOU HAVE EVER SEEN!

I was an invited speaker at a National Exercise Physiology Conference and had just arrived in Vancouver Canada (Just in time for the Winter Olympics). After a long flight I had arrived at my hotel and was about to check-in when I met an old friend and mentor.

Firstly, I make a living helping people get lean, and staying lean myself, so being called lean really isn't that special.

He may have said same as always but what I heard was you look no bigger than the last time I saw you, over 6 years ago!

Normally, I wouldn't stress so much over this, but my friend is the Dean of Physical Education and Health at one of Canada's most prestigious Universities. So he knows Muscle and he knows Body composition.

I was suffering from the exact same thing that most experienced lifters and hard gainers suffer from: Anabolic Slow Down.

It looked like it was game over. Then it hit me. Well, actually, that's a lieâ I had given up and gone to bed. It hit me at 4:23 AM, a little over two hours before the kids got up.

MORE EVERYTHING! This was completely possible. I just had to use the exact same approach to training that I used to develop Eat Stop Eat. In other words...

You can't change them, but you CAN rearrange them. And that's exactly what I did. That morning I did what any sane 34 year old married guy with two kids would do...I spent 2,457 dollars on a home gym After all, if I was going to do this, I was going to do it RIGHT. NOTE: You DON'T have to buy a home gym for this workout to be effective. While I waited for my gym to arrive, I meticulously wrote out the basics of my new workout protocol. I went back through the last ten years of training journals (yes, I keep a workout journal) and I picked my favorite workout routines and then condensed them and made them better. I used the strength of one program to cancel out the weaknesses of the other. In short, I found a way to do MORE EVERYTHING Then, to make sure I hadn't completely lost my mind, I sent it off to my contacts who were PhD's in Biomechanics and Exercise Physiology. They all agreed. It was a radical approach to training, unlike anything they had ever seenâ and it just might work. Three weeks later my gym arrived. I put it together that day.

By 10:45 that night, I had completed my first workout. Within the first three days I had made considerable strength improvements. In three days I had accomplished what usually takes at LEAST a month. And I continued to break personal records EVERY SINGLE WEEK.

I was FINALLY growing again! I didn't change my diet, or start some fancy new supplement; all I did was completely RE-ARRANGE the way I trained. I knew I was onto something BIG, something radically different. Keep in mind; I was at my strongest back when I was in my mid-twenties. In case you're wondering, that was a decade ago. Back then I used to work in the supplement industry managing Research and Development. I had access to EVERY SINGLE supplement AND supplement ingredient that I wanted. I took more supplements in a day then most people did in a week. Think I'm joking? Before I even THOUGHT of breakfast, I had already consumed 100 grams of protein from my two morning shakes! I was SERIOUS about buidling muscle. I could mix supplements, double dose, pretty much do whatever I wanted...like I said, unlimited excess. (Plus, I didn't have two kids and a mortgage. I could train whenever I wanted for as long as I wanted). And I'm now stronger then I was back then! So here's the deal - If you are not growing right now, even though you are spending hours in the gym every week, it's not your fault.

It is actually really impressive if you have gotten to this point. Beginners and recreational off-again on-again trainers RARELY get Anabolic Slow Down. (this means you are one of the few people dedicated enough to run into this predicament) There is not a workout program in existence that's designed specifically to help overcome anabolic slow down. Why? Because nobody cares. Everyone is so busy talking about metabolic slow down, that nobody bothers to write about anabolic slow down. Everybody LOVES to talk about why you can't lose any...
